It's listed as a 1999, but the combination of it being topaz blue (not available in 1999) and the chrome-ringed headlights (not available in 1999) tell me it's a 2000. All the pieces are there, but it seems like it needs quite a bit of aesthetic TLC. The price seems fair though.
