Seller Description

This 1999 BMW Z3 Coupe is finished in Arctic Silver Metallic over black leather and powered by a 2.8-liter M52 inline-six paired with a five-speed manual transmission. Features include a limited-slip differential, a glass sunroof, heated seats, an onboard computer, air conditioning, cruise control, and Harman Kardon audio with a factory cassette player. The car was first registered in Illinois and spent time in Florida, Minnesota, and California before being acquired by the selling dealer in 2020. This Z3 Coupe has 87k miles and is offered at no reserve in Texas with a Carfax report and clean California title.

The car is finished in Arctic Silver Metallic (309) and features a tilting sunroof, heated side mirrors, and a rear window wiper. The Carfax report indicates that damage occurred to the right front of the vehicle in February 2004, and the selling dealer notes that the front bumper was repainted in preparation for the sale.

Five-spoke 16″ wheels are mounted with 225/50 Continental ExtremeContact tires that show date codes from 2013, 2014, and 2015. Coilovers were reportedly fitted under previous ownership.

The cabin features seating upholstered in black leather with matching carpets, and burl wood veneers accent the center console. Amenities include heated seats, air conditioning, cruise control, and Harman Kardon audio with a BMW Business cassette player. The driver seat adjustment switch is missing.

Instrumentation consists of a 155-mph speedometer and a tachometer along with gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 87k miles, approximately 500 of which have been added by the selling dealer.

The 2.8-liter M52/TUB28 inline-six is equipped with double-VANOS variable valve timing and was factory-rated at 193 horsepower with 206 lb-ft of torque. An oil change was carried out in preparation for the sale.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. Additional photos of the underside are viewable below.

The Carfax report indicates the aforementioned damage and lists history in Illinois, Florida, Minnesota, and California.

We last saw this coupe about 18 months ago in California with just 1k fewer miles. It's now in Texas but still has its California title. The suspension is definitely lowered, but it's not mentioned anywhere in the listing. It also has an aftermarket air intake. There's no reserve on this auction. Bidding up to $5,500.00 so far.
