Seller Description

This 1999 BMW Z3 2.8 coupe is powered by a 2.8-liter inline-six paired with a five-speed manual transmission, and it is finished in Arctic Silver Metallic over black Nappa leather. Equipment includes a limited-slip differential, 17″ Style 32 wheels, a sunroof, sport seats, air conditioning, an Alpine stereo, and a Harman Kardon sound system. Modifications include an aftermarket cold-air intake, a Remus muffler, and Koni yellow dampers. The car previously spent time in Florida and was acquired by the seller in February 2009. This Z3 coupe is now offered at no reserve with the owner’s manual, an accident-free Carfax report, and a clean Georgia title in the seller’s name.

The car is finished in Arctic Silver Metallic and features a power-operated glass sunroof, fog lights, tinted windows, black kidney grille surrounds, a black roof spoiler, a rear window wiper, and dual polished exhaust outlets. Paint chips and scuffs on the front bumper cover are shown in the image gallery below.

Staggered-width 17″ Style 32 alloy wheels wear 225/45 front and 255/40 rear BFGoodrich g-Force Comp-2 tires. Stopping power is provided by four-wheel disc brakes with ventilated front rotors. The suspension has been fitted with Koni yellow dampers. Curb rash on the wheels is shown in the gallery.

The cabin features power-adjustable sport seats trimmed in black Nappa leather, while burl wood trim accents the center stack and console. Amenities include air conditioning, cruise control, an Alpine CD stereo, a Harman Kardon sound system, and an M-branded aluminum dead pedal cover, shift knob, and floor mats. The driver-seat upholstery is worn and the headliner has a tear.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 155-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and gauges for fuel level and coolant temperature. The digital odometer indicates 114k miles, approximately 15k of which were added during current ownership.

The 2.8-liter M52TUB28 inline-six has been fitted with an aftermarket cold-air intake, and it was factory rated at 190 horsepower and 206 lb-ft of torque when new. The seller states that the cooling system components have been replaced.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. The exhaust has been modified with a Remus muffler. Additional underside images can be viewed in the gallery.

The Carfax report shows no accidents or damage and lists history in Florida and Georgia. A mileage inconsistency is noted in May 2022, although the report states "this entry may just be a clerical error."

It looks pretty good for the mileage overall. Modifications I see are aftermarket clear bumper lights, debadged rear end, aftermarket shift knob, aftermarket audio, and Koni shocks. Bidding up to $5,500.00 so far.
