I have a 2001 BMW Z3 coupe for sale. Known to BMW enthusiasts as the “clownshoe”. This one is a non-M with the M54b30 motor making ~225hp with a 5speed manual transmission. The car is mechanically great but rough around the edges, as pictured. I have road-tripped the car to Chicago once and South Carolina twice. I wouldn’t hesitate to take it anywhere!
The car has been serviced by myself and 515 Motorsport in Liberty, MO for the items that I didn’t want to do. I had them look over the car at around 125k miles and that’s how we decide what to replace.
I have replaced:
-spark plugs
-clutch fan for the radiator
-O2 sensors
-both tie rods
515 Motorsport replaced:
-power steering line from the pump to the rack
-transmission output shaft seal
-driveshaft center support bearing
-a/c drive belt and recharged a/c
-vacuum line for the intake
-transmission fluid
-differential fluid
-both engine mounts
Running out of text space on here, message me with any questions!
