Clear title. Vehicle runs good. Many oem parts replaced to incl, (Hepu)metal prop water pump and oil level sensor,(Borg warner) thermostat, oil filter housing gasket, (KYB)rear shocks, PS pump lines. all oem fluids replaced/flushed. Tires are new but aged( at least 4yrs old) .car is garaged kept and tire pressure is maintained. Oil service completed at 110kmiles,, no leaks, strong engine. Stock sound system is great!! Normal wear interior but there are a couple of items as follows, driver seat motor/trans inoperative(front to back function),. Seat is in most rear position, up and down motor function works fine,( passenger seat is good to go) headliner saggy around rear speakers.
