2001 Z3 Coupe 3.0L M54 engine, 5 speed, Atlanta Blue/Sand Beige. Only 1 of 11 with that combination. My daily driver from 2004 until retirement in 2016. Since then I don't use it enough. After much deliberation (like 2 years) I've decided to put my 2001 Z3 Coupe up for sale. I just don't drive it enough and have other projects I want to persue. I bought this car as second owner in 2006 and for 14 years it was my daily commuter. I'm posting only on Z groups at this time as I really want it to go to the home of an enthusiast.
3.0L M54 engine with 5 speed manual transmission. 174,xxx miles (will increase some). Atlanta Blue metallic paint. Beige interior is clean and has custom seat covers. No fluid or oil leaks. No rust. In spring of 2019 I performed a full suspension upgrade with a stage 2 kit from Pelican Parts and it handles like a dream. Tracks straight and no drivability issues. Parts list attached. Only rear arm bushings were not installed as they were not needed. Summer 2021, I replaced water pump, radiator, fan, belts and hoses. Car is shown wearing its winter tires. The original split fork wheels are included along with all the additional parts and manual shown. I have clear NY title in my name.
The not so good; the paint has, in the last year or so, started to peel its clear coat and really would love a new spray or perhaps a wrap. Hence the low asking price. The glove box has the standard sag, the fuel and temp gauges occasionally go wonky, and the dash trim has the standard cracks. These are all pretty typical faults for this car/age and very fixable. Asking $14,500. Car is located in Washingtonville NY. Terms of sale: as is, local pick up, bank check only. Private message me if interested. Oh and please don't ask for maintence receipts. I do all my own work and my log book was destroyed in a paint thinner spill on my work bench.
