I deal with a lot of rebuilt vehicles and every one of them comes out looking great.A rebuilt title is a normal title status meaning it can be titled as any other car.   This car had some damage to the roof from a tree branch falling on it .the roof panel was replace as was the sunroof and windshield. The full story from a person who was there:

The car left the road going off the edge of about a 70 degree incline. It slid about 2 and half car lengths. Rolled over about 165 degrees and came to a rest against a tree. Fortunate, as this kept it from rolling down another 75 yards to the road below. Air bags did not deploy and no noticeable damage was done to the frame or suspension. The majority of the damage was on the driver's side but the hood and passenger side did sustain body damage. It did not strike anything with the front of the car. The engine was shut off as it came to rest, so I doubt oil starvation occurred. Odds are good engine and drive train are still in good shape. The interior was flawless when we got it and we did not notice damage to seats afterwards. They did let it get exposed to a brief rain. I suspect that after cleaning up and replacing the spilled fluids one could have driven the car.

This was an excellent running low mileage car. If the body was repaired correctly, this would be a very good driver with a lot of life left in it. After seeing what the seller put for what he thought happened was not close we discussed if we should say anything or not. Finally we decided that for the sake of other fellow enthusiasts the true details would be best. Fay has pictures of it in the tow company yard somewhere I will get her to send you some soon.

A little more information on the cause of the rebuilt title. I'm not sure the seller is actually aware of it though. The coupe actually rolled off a mountain, flipped, then had a tree branch fall on it.

No takers on Ebay

This listing was pretty exciting until I saw "rebuilt title". It still looks nice, has extended leather, chrome-line trim, and low mileage. If the major roof damage from a tree branch was the only damage causing the title, I wouldn't be too concerned about it.
