Rear Subframe has been reinforced due to a rear end accident years before I owned it. I had it checked by the mechanic before I purchased the car.
The stock 2.8 motor was swapped out for a 200X S52 M3 engine. Swap was done at 90K on chassis. Motor was cleaned up and gone through at the time of swap and runs very strong. Has an upgraded Hartge chip. Oil and Water pumps were replaced along with all accessory belts. AC/HEAT blows strong. Only other modification is Dinan Exhaust. I have a set of AC Schnitzer headers (retail is $1800, although they are used and came off a friend's M3 coupe) I will include if you pay me full asking price.

Car came from the factory fully loaded, Traction Control/Limited Slip differential, Onboard Diagnostics/Computer system, Cold Weather package (heated seats), Harmon Kardon sound system with upgraded Head Unit that includes USB, IPOD controls. Top of the line Autopage Alarm system with Keychain pager alert. Brand New OEM Bosch battery purchased December 2015, not installed.
Car is currently mounted with E46 18" Staggered M3 wheels with tires are 80% good. I will also include the set of stock 16" optional Z3 wheels (if I can get full asking price), otherwise I can knock off a couple hundred if you don't want the M3 wheels.
Mechanically, the car is an 8 out of 10, and extremely reliable. The motor is cherry.
