Seller Description

Selling my pride and joy daily driver BMW Z3 Coupe. When they first came out I saw one in a parking lot and called it the "Alligator Car" because of the long hood.  Later on I found out that they call it the "Clown Shoe".  I always wanted one and finally in 2016 I purchased this one.  It has been my daily driver car since then - fun, the most direct steering I have ever experience short of a go kart, practical (you won't believe how much you can fit in the back) and super reliable.  Details below:

1999 BWM Z3 Coupe -- $9,800
119,984 miles
2.8 M52tu engine
Manual transmission

Preventative Maintenance Done:
Replaced the all cooling system parts when I purchased the car with 100K - radiator, hoses, expansion cooling tank
Replaced the vanos seal and spark plugs
Oil filter seal
Brake pads and rotors
New clutch 5K miles ago

Needs:
Rims could use polishing or refinishing due to brake dust
It is a daily driver, so it has the usual chips in the hood (see pictures)
Radio needs code reset from when I last changed the battery - I like listening to the engine as I drive, so I have not done it in years, but if the new owner likes to listen to the radio, I will get it done for you.

This is not a show car, but a well maintained, fun daily driver that you can enjoy without feeling guilty while you keep the miles low on you M Coupe.

Listing removed; looks like it sold

It seems like it's had a good owner the past few years who has caught up with most of the maintenance. It still needs some odds and ends but nothing to huge given the low price. It's been a while since I've seen Breyton wheels, and I kind of like them on this. The price seems very fair to me.
