Drive shaft, current one is a pieced together e36 m3 auto/ z3 
Gauge cluster, 2.8 cluster is fully functional but either a true S54 cluster or a mod e46 M3 cluster 
Headers, ebay headers hit the x brace and transfer lots of un wanted engine vibration into the chassis 
e-brake cables
passenger door card 
some other misc cosmetics, but all of the important stuff is there.
